ReplyDeleteserving a legal notice is no big deal.any lawyer dealing with service matter can do the job easily.legal notice is just to demonstrate your intent to take recourse to legal means if your grievances are not addressed by the party concerned.
ReplyDeletei was given advance increment in avedge of 1 year house jod in 1999. after revision of 6th pay commision my ddo refused to give it saying that all those having grade pay 6000 and above are not entitled for it any more. please clarify. also clarify whether da is aplicable on this.
