Entry Level Pay Scale Revised 29-07-2011

As per existing provision under FD Instruction bearing No. 1/83/2008-2PR (FD) Dated 18.8.2009 and even no. dated 01.06.2010 and dated 16.12.2010, Medical officers who were appointed on or after 01.06.2006 were facing difficulty in refixation of their salary. Association represented the same matter to the FCHM Health and FD. Now in view of the recent notification the disparity has been removed by omitting the above letters to be substituted by this letter wef 01.01.2006 notionally and actually w.e.f. 01.09.2010.

TA-DA Rules Revised 22-06-2011

HCMS Association executive body represented to worthy FCHM Haryana regarding hardship faced by the HCMS Doctors for getting sanction from the DGHS for the purpose of the official tours by car (in lieu of revised TA-DA Rates 31.12.2010). In most of the cases this procedure get cumbersome for the doctor to get saction form HOD. Now the revised notification dated 22.6.2011 will provide relief to the HCMS Doctors.

Letter regarding revised entry level pay scale

Medical Officer who have joined HCMS after 1.1.2006 ( yr 2009), are not getting any annual increment due to revision of the pay scale at entry level till date. The association met with H'oble FCHM on 8.04.2011 and convinced the H'oble FCHM.

PG Policy 2011

Regarding NOC not issued to some of Medical Officer who have qualified the PG 2011 Entrance Examination conducted by PGIMS Rohtak, as per new PG Policy laid down by Haryana Govt, which was issued after holding the examination but put in force with the same examination.
The association has met with the Director Gerneral Health Services Haryana  and Finance Commissioner and Principal Secretory to Haryana Govt, Health Department, on dated 8.04.2011, regarding new PG Policy/NOC issue along with the various  other matters.
