In reference to the order of District Registrar of Societies, Rohtak vide no. DR/DIC/RTK/1991 dated 09.09.2022, Dr Yogesh Kaushik have been appointed as administrator of HCMS association to conduct the election of the association.
In the above context, the schedule of elections of collegiums delegates, the appointment of Returning Officer/ Assistant Returning Officers, relevant forms and details of collegiums for the conduct of the same is attached herewith for your kind perusal and with the request to circulate among all the members of HCMS association in your district. ARO of the concerned district will carry out election for delegate of collegiums in his district. The interested members shall submit the nomination form to the ARO of concerned district as per schedule annexure and in compliance of provisions contained in bylaws of society and HRRS Act, 2012.
