  3. the policy of five years service should be applied to those who join service after the arrival of new policy.doctors who had joined previously should be kept par with the terms of prevoiusly policy of 3 years only.please add this point .its our right

  4. this policy is totally piece of crap.it cant be applied with immediate effects.let us all wage a war against this.strike is need of the day.even a PIL /petition in court would do.new policy for five years can be applied for those who will join fresh

  6. the need of the hour today is that all hcms doctors should go on strike and file a petition in court.this govt. is of the type which listens to strikes ,people blocking roads and railways.basically a state with idiot politicians and burocrats

    2. what a ridiculous statement !!!!! what gives you the right to make such outrageous statements? they can not exclude or include any body.learn to respect our organisation.at least take a look at the profiles of our state office bearers as displayed on this website only and you will realize that they are not candidates for P.G. seats. My dear friends, it is a thankless job they are doing for each one of us.If we can not support them, we have no right to blame them .Especially when we wish to remain "anonymous". Be united. Jai HCMS Association!!!

  8. personal benefits for any leader shouldnot be important.for the benefit of all hcms members qualifying service age should be decreased to as much as possible like even 2 years which was in pg policy at 1 time and the age limit be increased may be to 45 -50 whatsover.hcms members and association as well as our leaders should think about benefit of all hcms members and not their own personal interests only...........

  12. As per new PG policy the specialist doctors will be eligible for the post of senior residency in PGIMS after completing the three year service in District Hospital. So in demands of HCMS association above policy should be changed, they should be eligible as soon as they complete their post graduation.

  13. PG policy must be for 3yrs so that both with service of 3 yrs and 5 yrs have a chance. Currently main association members are not taking this issue seriously as most of the senior members have more than 5 yrs service or they have other issues on priority. Association's stand is not clear. This will really dent the confidence of freshly recruited doctors who are in majority in the association and they may not be willing to be part of agitation on 27 Dec.

  14. But I think senior member of HCMSA are not interested to make it 3 yrs as most of them have service of over 5 yrs. 5 yrs policy will eliminate junior members of association which will be great injustice to them. 3 yrs policy will give all doctors a chance. So watch out young doctors if you really want to support an agitation which is going against you !

  15. Association must fight for pg for 3 yrs if they want to keep support of young doctors without whom any strike or agitation is impossible.
