Agitation postponed

Dear members,
Thanks to all of you for support and unity shown by you. The agitation has been postponed till 27th of Dec. 2011. All are informed to join the duty with immediate effect.

    Dear Dr Rajesh, many congratulations! But kindly clarify association's stand on PG policy. All young doctors supported the agitation thinking that we are pressing for 3yrs service as qualification for PG quota. But now we are going for 5 yrs service (ofcourse without 2+3 clause) for the same which is against the interests of the young doctors who supported the agitation.

    kindly clarify your stand on the pg policy. We want it as it was before i.e. For three years of service - hcms quota in pg entrance... All the young docs want this.. I hope we are not being befooled!!!

    respected president there is lots of confusion of hcmsa stand on pg policy either 3 or 5 wid or without rural or urban condtion or as per stated onthis site (which is good but not best).kindly make sure that 3 year guys dont bear the brunt nor any divide between 3 n 5 year docs.so we have lot of expectation from u tht you will press for right policy

    thnks for ur faith nd support shown to get our genuine demands fulfilled.regarding pg policy we are on our stand ,we stood by the recommendations of the committee made by ex president under the chairmanship of dr.satvir chaudhary.

    m of the opinion that there shouldnt be any compulsion of either rural or urban ,it should b number of years in toto.since its not easy to hve transfers as v vsh .

    Definitely there should not be any compulsion on rural plus urban service. But that is not sufficient. PG policy should be restored to as it was before ie 3 yrs. Otherwise it will be injustice to all young doctors who are in majority in association. If we do not press for 3 yrs, most of them will not join the agitation as PG is their top priority.

    is there is any news regarding wat will be done for 8 n 9th as no work no pay from dg is out.maKE SURE we will get attandence not cl counted for tht it has done before for other agitations by other associations

    this thing has to be corrected at the earliest,cauz otherwise most of the young doctors who havent completed the probation period yet will be affected and may not furthur proceed for strike

    dont understand the logic of hcmsa. The FC is ready to bring back the previous pg policy back that of three years. But you people are just not ready to grab the golden chance and are trying to frame your own policy which is tough and unacceptable to all the young docs... We urge you to take into account the interest of the vast majority.... Please bring back the previous pg policy of three years. Dont make things tougher or complicated...

    if that is correct tht fc is ready for previous policy n hcmsa is not ready then we should press our district president individually and make sure tht we will not support hcmsa if they do so in autocratic way.we respect our seniors and they shouldnt think of some but all majority of intrest and this is time to rise above personal gains and be respected and not bow down against them and get insulted.i believe in hcmsa
