    con grates you prepared a good agenda.you can suggest name of designation on each ACP as smo , block officer, deputy cs ,civil surgeon etc.but to give promotions on basis of md/ms/pg diploma will not serve the purpose as on promotions dr have to do adminisrativ work as well and this hampers his clinical work..on seniority basis promotions is welcomed

      Wide agenda, Suggestion: Get some work for AYUSH doctors.Conveyance Allowance to be asked for. Get rid of daily reporting. Implementation of rural allowance given to MEWAT doctors , to all rural areas of Haryana

    This is really a good proposal which may be beneficial financially for the govt. as pension and other benefits payment will be delayed. Other suggested proposals are
    1. ACP's at 4, 9 and 13 years of service instead of 5, 10 and 15 years. This is as per provision in CGHS anr PCMS.
    2. Extra incentive for specialist doctors

    dear office bearers,
    very good agenda.we can not always make demands only.but at the same time we have to think what is wrong with the department working also.a very small number of doctors are indulging in corruption yet badnaami sab ki hoti hai.koi bahar se test karva raha hai (ct,mri,tmt,echo,lab tests), koi bahar ki davai likh raha hai in the name of patient welfare and autonomy of decision to choose drugs, koi mlr me paise kha raha hai, koi handicapped certificates tak ko bech gaye. hain bohot hi kam par badnami sab ki karva rahe hain. kch to duty par hi nasha karte hain. we request you to expose such doctors.they should not be protected by anyone.and they should be expelled from the association if anyone is proven guilty of corruption. jai hcms association!!! doctors unity zindabad!!!

    At above...below part in list m memprandum for their pay these HCS specifically given HCMS example to raise there pay and fixation at direct GROUP A...RIDICULOUS

    everybody will give justifications that suit their interest.If the HCS is quoting something about HCMS it only shows the inferiority they have got regarding doctors.One of the best teachers i had in medical college used to say- Superiority complex results from deep seated inferiority.

    we are deperately waiting for some dept. action and notification regarding all india diploma seats percentage criteria for in service rural serving doctors in neet pg cases and then obtaining corresponding noc from govt about that. association do something about it at earliest plz....................

    the government is waiting for the court case to be decided by supreme court.the real delay in p g admissions is due to the supreme court.so many careers depend on that decision but the judges are taking their own sweet time.

    by the way, the additional weigthage in marks is proposed for remote and difficult areas to be notified for the purpose by the respective state governments and not for all the rural areas.

    we are desperately waiting for the remote and difficult categorisation by haryana health dept.......why they havenot notified it uptil now, whats the reason ,what the wait, cause this criteria is according to the mci directions and doesnt have any relation with the current supreme court case especially for haryana which will have neet pg anehow.

      m agree with u but we don't know why our officials are not taking intersest in categorisation of rural and remote area as per mci guidelines ......by pursuing govt or by any means in a fair deal............haryana govt se kuch bhi acha expect nahi kiya ja sakta.SPECIALLY BAT JAB DOCTORS KI HO.......while punjab govt. had already done this .................THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO PRINCIPAL SECRETARY OF HEALTH DEPARTMENT HARYANA........DONT.T SPOIL THE EMERGING TALENT ,,,,,,,,,,,DO CATERISATION AS PER MCI GUIDELINE.............WHY LATE .......?.........................................
