Govt. has clarified that in case of those HMCS officers who have completed the PG degree/diploma before the joining but the result of degree/diploma is declared pass after his/her joining, such cases are also covered for additional increment as provided under para 4 of Finance Department instruction no. 1/19/2009-1PR(FD) dated 20.02.2009.

ReplyDeleteThe health department has referred the case for opinion to the finance department and their reply in this regard is awaited.
Deletewhat's the govt status about increments of one year house job is it still there or withdrawn
ReplyDeletethe notification for additional increments does not provide for any increments for house job meaning thereby that those who have joined after 01.01.06 will not get any increments for housejob. those who have joined before 01.01.06 are governed by the old notification i.e one advance increment for such cases.

ReplyDeletestill there is confusion regarding treating one increment in relation to house job. whether it is to be treated as additional or advance increment? whether DA is admissible on it?
ReplyDeleteIncrement is always added in the basic pay for ex.annual increment is added to basic pay then why 6 additional increment are being declared as personal pay. Additional increments or advance increments for specialists mean all other allowances are admissible. We in HCMS are just agreeing and considering to the AOs irrelevant views and they are not fixing the 6 additional increments with basic pay which is out of definition and financial law.
