The Association had represented to the government that the need to apply for N.O.C. for applying for/appearing in PG Exam should be done away with and only those Doctors who have cleared the exam and intend to appear in counseling be required to take N.O.C. for the same.
RURAL AREA PROBLEM?
ReplyDeleteCan anybody help me to know how some areas are RURAL and some are URBAN?
I am starting this thread to help and get helped from fellow HCMS colleagues to have clear concept about how some areas are declared as RURAL and some as URBAN and prepare a list of rural area so that further harassment of HCMS doctors curtailed.
1) Some says all General Hospitals fall under URBAN area!!!
NO. Take the example of GENERAL HOSPITAL ADAMPUR (HISAR) AND
GENERAL HOSPITAL CHAUTALA (SIRSA),they are GH but doctors from there already done the PG from HCMS quota and had the benefit of these areas as rural.So above statement doesn't apply that GENERAL HOSPITALS fall under URBAN area.
2) Some says that area having URBAN LOCAL BODY like MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE are
URBAN area.
NO. Take the example of CHC FARUKHNAGAR (GURGAON) ,It caters to rural
population around FARUKHNAGAR and also the FARUKHNAGAR proper which have MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE but according to the list available at DGHS office E-II branch it is a rural area.Similarly case of CHC PATAUDI (GURGAON) ,PATAUDI has MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE from 1990's but people who all had their posting right from joining to getting PG under HCMS QUOTA at CHC PATAUDI,got the NOC from government and a few also got first ACP for which rural posting is essential.
So above statement that area having URBAN LOCAL BODY like MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE are essentially URBAN area doesn't apply.
I request my colleagues to post here the list of areas which are RURAL and they have knowledge that NOC or ACP was issued on that basis.
