Inviting complete case related to resignation and VRS

It has been observed the cases for Resignation and VRS of doctors are being received incomplete at the head quarter. So vide memo no 20/2-7EII-2014/3046-73 dated 22/07/2014 the DGHS has asked all CMOs' and PMOs' of Haryana to forward  the complete cases related to Resignation and VRS with the following details.

    You can get latest and clear information about this from any of the medical store or any best clininc but if i reffered to you then i always suggest you to Para Medical Services in Barrie
